Chamber Orchestra Kremlin, an ensemble created after the breakup of the Soviet Union, will present the first concert of Brown County Civic Music Association’s 84th season on Oct. 2.
The 17 players are led by music director Misha Rachlevsky, who was born and trained in Moscow before leaving the Soviet Union in 1973. After living in other countries, he settled in the United States in 1976.
